Outline
Introduction
Running a business isn’t easy, and it can get a bit more difficult to manage as you expand and start to open up more stores. Every business owner wants to get to this level, but getting there and then managing it properly is even more important. And it doesn’t end at just hiring the right personnel; as a business owner, you still have to watch almost everything about your business.
Now it’s impossible to manage everything by yourself; think about it - this would mean going from store to store every time, making sure that inventory is up to date and trying to track what is in what store, and so much more. So much more, because it truly is a lot to manage a business with multiple locations, and can quickly get overwhelming.
Beyond managing your staff and keeping an eye on what they do, you also need to manage your stores or locations. To make this so much easier, you need the right business management app. And that is where Bumpa comes in.
Bumpa has a robust location management feature that makes seeing everything that happens in all your stores a breeze; everything happens on a single dashboard. You can list and manage multiple physical store locations and efficiently handle various aspects of your business, from inventory management to analytics for each location. It provides you with the flexibility and insights you need to optimise your operations and cater to diverse customer bases.
This guide provides you with a step-by-step guide on how to utilise the multi-location feature, but before we go into that, here’s a quick segment on why you need a business management app with location management like Bumpa.
Why a Business Management App Makes Location Management Easier

Business management apps often come equipped with data analytics tools that can provide insights into the performance of each location. This data can help in identifying trends, optimising operations, and making informed decisions for each location.
Changes to location details can be made in real time and synced across all devices and platforms. This ensures that everyone in the organisation has access to the most up-to-date information, especially when it comes to products and orders.
A business management app like Bumpa comes with features like automated reminders and notifications. These can be used to prompt location managers and the business owner for tasks such as inventory restocking.
The benefits are endless and if you’re a business owner with multiple locations or stores, using the Bumpa app will make your processes so much easier. We’ll now go into how to set up multiple locations on the Bumpa app, and everything else you can do with the app to manage your stores.
