Sales Analytics

To track and compare sales data on the Bumpa dashboard:

1. Navigate to https://app.getbumpa.com/dashboard. Click on "Dashboard".

2. Click on “Analytics”.

3. Click on "Sales". On the sales dashboard, you will be able to view and compare "Total Sales", "Shipping Spend", "Net Profit", “Expenses”, “Gross Profit”, “Offline Sales”, "Discount Given", "Online Sales", "Sales By Channel" and "Online Store Visits" data weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.

Note: You can use the date picker to select the date you want to via and apply.

And that’s how you can see data on your sales and how you’re performing!

Products Analytics

On the Product analytics page, you can track “Total Sales”, “Shipping Spend”, “Net Profit”, “Expenses”, “Gross Profit”, “Offline Sales”, “Discount Given”, “Online Sales”, “Sales By Channel and Online Store Visits”.

1. Navigate to https://app.getbumpa.com/dashboard. Click on "Dashboard"

4. Select the period you would like to view and click on “Apply”.

Campaigns Analytics

To see analytics on your campaigns:

1. Navigate to https://app.getbumpa.com/ and click on "Dashboard”.

2. Click on "Analytics" and navigate to “Campaigns”.

3. Select dates, to compare and view your campaign data.

4. Once you are done selecting and applying your preferred date. Click “Compare” and wait a few seconds to view the data.

Exporting Data

Customers can export two data sets on Bumpa: Customer and Product data. Here is how to how to go about exporting your data:

To export your products list as a CSV file from your Bumpa dashboard:
